[Just knowing that Pochita lived on inside him and the pair had been unified as one rather than simply killing his best friend in the process of bestowing its heart unto him was enough, Denji thankful for that much at the very least given Emet-Selch's rather extraordinary gift. For too long had the boy been worried if he'd been making Pochita proud and if the pair had seamlessly been fused as one it would appear they were a made to be with each other after all the hardship they had endured together through their shitty lives.

[Denji nods in agreement to Emet's latter sentiment as he too thinks it about time he gets heading off his stomach growling loudly as he chuckles a bit unabashedly rubbing his belly. He did ask if they could get some food whilst they were doing this to sate his hunger but the other had declined so he was practically starving by now. Honestly though what else was new?]
