BONJOUR, TOUTE LE MONDE!!

[Sorry if you were scrolling your phones and suddenly had a loud, baritone voice coming from your shellphone speakers, the voice able to carry through the door and out the window--

If you had gotten over the surprise/shock/fear response, the video feed would show a tall man in what looks like a miliaty outfit (--was it ill fitting? that vest/shirt didn't cover his chest well--), a wide grin on his face and a cheerful look in his eye. Don't mind the odd chocolate coloured cat with huge ears and green cross eyes that was circling around his legs, it's fine.]

Now that I've gotten your attention!

[Offering the camera a wave--]

The names Napoleon Bonaparte--First Emperor of France, Servant of Chaldea, Archer Class Heroic Spirt-- I've recently shown up here and after a bit of exploring, figured I should introduce myself! So far most people don't know who I am--

[He'd tilt his head to one side, a more serious (pouty?) expression on his face while closing his eyes--]

Which is still weird as hell, I gotta say, but they're not from the world I'm from, so I won't hold it against them, haha!

[Opening his eyes again, that more relaxed expression would come back--]

I do wanna see, though, if anyone from Earth is here-- and if anyone from Chaldea, be it other Servants or the staff are around? I don't feel Maître anywhere, despite our contract still being intact so I don't think they're here, but hey, I've definitely been wrong before!

[A brief military salute, with that same smile, as the chocolate brown cat started making a honking meow--]

[Mehrak had been helpfully going through Kaveh's feed today. Which means it is mehrak that blared out Napoleon's message at full volume.

She has taken Kaveh's subsequent yelp and nearly chopping his own finger off as a video reply. Give him a minute he's stuck the poor nicked finger under the faucet and might be quietly cussing a blue streak.]

[--whoops.

Guess he was a liiiiittle too loud.]

You uh, alright there buddy?

[Atleast he was showing clear concern for the guy? leaning as bit into the camera as if he could lean over the guy's shoulder to check on the wound.]

Got any antiseptic for that or something?

[....Oh. Father wasn't kidding when he said he was loud.]

It's a pleasure to meet you Mr. Napoleon. My name is Freminet and Father has spoke of you before.

[Chaldea? Archer? French?]

OH HELL YEAH THIS IS SO DANG GOLDEN!

[Have just as bright and LOUD and Golden of an answer!]

[Well if the SUDDEN LOUD VOICE wasn't enough to get Alhaitham's attention from where he'd been elsewhere in the house, then Kaveh's yelp is more than enough reason for him to come over.]

Kaveh? [He calls out (which audible over the video feed too) as he steps into the kitchen, a concerned frown quickly coming onto his face when he sees the other at the sink, and the way he's currently sticking his finger into running water gives him a fairly good idea of what's going on.]

Emperor?

[This face. This face is so Sus of you.]

[Lyney had met the man in person, but he was still very surprised any time he heard just how loud the man got. For once Lyney is not at Arlecchino’s, out and about running errands for them instead. But he sure jumped at the reply, before looking at his phone.]

You certainly know how to announce your presence, Monsieur.

I'm fine, just--nicked me, I've done worse.

[He really has. His hands are just covered in scars from slipped chisels and knives. He does manage to smile it off, though.]

I just don't really want to, uh...make a core in the kitchen sink...

[Wait. Squint.] Mehrak why are you recording?

[...yeah, he figured as much, but its good to have confirmation nonetheless. Doesn't stop him from letting out a huff anyway at his senior's carelessness.]

I also have you rather not destroy the sink over a nicked finger. [He remarks as he goes to the side to where one of their many first aid kits is kept (Alhaitham made it a point to have multiple ones just so its easier for immediate reach) where he takes out the necessary items from it and brings it over with him to the sink. Once Kaveh is done rinsing off his finger Alhaitham will be ready to bandage it for him.]

Aren't you glad I don't use dendro to chop vegetables, then?

[Really, that's the part of this that sucks the most--the vegetable juice stings like a motherfucker. But Kaveh sighs and removes his hand from the water to hold it out for Alhaitham. He doesn't feel like starting a losing argument. Today.]

If you did, then I would be telling you that it is a huge waste of energy.

[You do not need to use your Vision to chop vegetables, sir. But since Kaveh isn't going to harp on it any further than neither will he.

Once the finger is presented to him Alhaitham makes sure to pat it dry first before cleaning it further with the antiseptic, making sure to keep a firm hold on Kaveh's wrist when he does so just to keep him from flinching too hard from the sting. Once that is done though Alhaitham wastes no time in putting on a bandaid, making sure that its set on nice and tight.]

Well, that's good--

[Huh?]

Who's Mehrak?

[Was this like when Mademoiselle Osakabehime talked to her tablet to order things online...?

And then this silver haired guy showed up. Hmm hmm. Looked... Kinda like that Watanabe-no-Tsuna guy, or maybe Monsieur Sieg? While the other was, admittedly on first impression reminded him a bit of the Argonaut's Jason... especially with that squawk.]

[ Really, another man calming himself to be Napoleon? How many are there? 2? 3? ...6? Is this a more common occurrence than Sherlock ever could have thought? ]

I am from Earth, but I am unfamiliar with Chaldea.

Mehrak is my assistant, here, hold on...

[He picks up his shellphone to hold up, and something grabs it with a green bracket, before the video cuts out and restarts---

Mehrak learned how to take a selfie! She beeps and floats and makes a ^_^ face.]

That's Mehrak.

[Kaveh does hiss at the antiseptic, but he does hold still, though he kind of snorts because the bandaids are turtle patterned--when did he even buy those? Sleep-deprived Kaveh makes DECISIONS, clearly.

Anyway let him teach Mehrak to take a selfie to distract the frenchman.]

Says the man who's used his vision to shred documents before.

[Turtle bandaids are a little ridiculous but Kaveh already bought them, so. No use pointing it out. As long as they get the job done its all that matters.

...they definitely could be a little bigger, though.]

Several stack of papers have substantially more volume than a few vegetables. [Now that first aid is done and he knows that Kaveh is fine Alhaitham can now turn his attention to... everything else. Namely, Mehrak.] What was that noise earlier?

[He's pretty sure there's nobody else around here (besides like, Heizou, if he's still staying with him).]

...due to... circumstances, recently, Napoleon thought it fair to brush up on that particular story series, and A Study in Scarlett was of course the first of that list. So... it stuck out a bit like a sore thumb, but, probably just his mind over tuned about it, right? If it was their guy, he'd let Napoleon know somehow, or hell, would've found him to talk (or, circumstances being what they are) fight by now...]

[So time to play dumb!]

Chaldea wasn't really formed until-- about 2018? And was pretty secretive, but if I'm here, there's a high chance others like me got pulled here too.

Though, I'm not quite the historical Napoleon Bonaparte. Hense the whole height difference, Oh là là! --Amoung other things.

[He might have to program Mehrak to modify the maximum volume she plays voice and video at for him. Because ow.

Meanwhile, Mehrak has swapped the shellphone back to recording Kaveh because he's talking so clearly he's still? responding???]
