I am in need of legal advice regarding a private matter:

Is a marriage contract legally binding if one or more parties involved were under the influence of spiritual possession while it was officiated?

Why should intoxication make one immune to a binding legal contract?

Because, if you're blasted out of your mind on hanar mindfish then, honestly, you can't make a decision on where your pants go, much less get into a legal contract.

Granted, it doesn't hold much weight for things like jumping off a hospital roof. You can still be held accountable for that. [LOOKING AT YOU, URDNOT GRUNT.] But, no one can write or sign a contract while you're not in your right mind.
