Ahaha, um... hi, everyone. So um... I meant to text this, but... I guess I have a few questions?
So someone brought up the idea of a restaurant ship, one that'd be open to both sides and serve food from our worlds as well as recipes from this one, and... I kind of like that?
B-but I'm not that good a cook yet, let alone able to run a restaurant! So... anyone interested in being a head chef? And ideas for names? And any recipes you'd like included? Sorry I know this is a lot... and thank you...

[... Oof, hopefully Enterprise means "well-prepared" instead of "cooked all the way through," but to each their own, really.]
I mean, steak might still be doable, it'd just might be pricier than the rest of the menu, and maybe a bit more like a limited special. We can check with suppliers. We'll definitely have plenty of the other meats too, though, for sure!

Ah, well hamburg steak can be make with a mix of pork and beef. And I mentioned sangayaki: that's when you take namerou- fresh fish minced really finely with miso and other seasonings- and grill it in patties! And someone suggestion using rice patties for buns too, as a choice between that and regular bread buns!

Ah... sort of? [How does she explain this...?] It's usually made from soybeans, salt, and a fungus found on rice called kōji. It can be made with other ingredients too, like rice, barley, or a combination. The color and flavor of the miso depends on the ingredients and how long it's been fermenting; white miso has a mild, slightly sweet taste, while red miso has a stronger salt flavor and MUCH more umami!

I... possibly? There are lots of ways you can grill food with miso, but I've never thought of putting it together with barbecue sauce.
