Ahaha, um... hi, everyone. So um... I meant to text this, but... I guess I have a few questions?
So someone brought up the idea of a restaurant ship, one that'd be open to both sides and serve food from our worlds as well as recipes from this one, and... I kind of like that?
B-but I'm not that good a cook yet, let alone able to run a restaurant! So... anyone interested in being a head chef? And ideas for names? And any recipes you'd like included? Sorry I know this is a lot... and thank you...

That's... kind of what we're trying to figure out. We have a recipe list at least, and you're definitely qualified to be head chef if you want. But we'd also need people to help cook, serve, clean and keep inventory, book-keep, basically anything that a restaurant on land would need. And sailing experience too.
Back home my mom did pretty much everything herself since our restaurant is pretty small, but how many people we need will depend on our customers, and how many qualified people we can find.
