Hmm... I guess it'd depend on the dominant religion. I grew up on a lagoon, and we had an island dedicated to being a cemetery. Well, two. A Christian one and a Jewish one.

[She makes an audible shrug.] There may be places on Elah, with the paladins. But sea burial is likely to be common here, as the underworld is in a jellyfish.

Who's the god of the underworld here? Is the jellyfish just the location or the god as well? Are they just the god of the underworld, or are they the god of death too?

Really.

[She pauses, and ticks her fingers off.] The underworld is contained within the jellyfish. There was a...Envoy, but he does not seem to rule over the processes so much as make sure they continue unimpeded. I don't know when we'll encounter them again.

If you need to find the native dead, I can help, but I don't know how long they linger here. When I came here, it was their festival, so it was easier.

As it stands, there is a leviathan that serves as the resting place of the dead. Though who can say when we will cross paths with it again.

Mayhap. There are some cemeteries lying about, but my assumption would be that the souls depart for that leviathan every so often.

That's an issue for sure.

From what I understand of the cellphone system here, it operates on magic. Assuming your technology is similar to where I come from, this is very different.

graveyards? i hadn't figured on where there might be one here. i know on ships, a lot of lives are lost out at sea so a graveyard isn't needed. we can ask around though? there might be one. you could do that? i know you mentioned about death, because of your parents or something, wasn't it?

I can make soldiers of the dead but i like to ask their permission if possible.

most dead people i know are bored anyways so it gives them something to do.
