Ugh! I've had just about enough of this!

[ To the surprise of no one at all, Inuyasha is flashing his mean mug to the screen, sporting his usual scowl. No, he is not happy to be addressing any of you, but this is a matter of importance. ]

This is the third place this week that's tried to kick me out— where am I suppose to eat now, huh!? All the ramen shop owners have just up and disappeared all of a sudden!

[ He leans a bit closer to the screen, yellow eyes seemingly peering into your own. Yeah, he's talking to you specifically!! ]

All this backstabbing and lying about these damn whales is really pissing me off! So if you're the one causing all this mess, you better fess up! Do it or I'm comin' for you myself!

[ He puffs out a sigh before leaning away from the shellphone, still scowling. ]

You better not be holdin' out on any information about those stupid crystals, either. I'm gunna find the guys who did this, with or without anyone's help! So if you're thinking about doin' the same you better not slow me down.

[ There's a low grumble that follows... but is that from him or his stomach? Inuyasha groans, muttering something low yet audible under his breath: ]

My ramen...




[ Was he just hangry? ]

[The drow's brows knit together slightly as she listens to him explain.]

That does sound concerning... Looks like I'll have to do some digging on my end to get to the bottom of this. If these two events are connected, I feel obligated to help the people who are missing. They may be in trouble.

[At the follow up, Koh blinked a bit slow at how he said 'friend'. They were friends even if he would probably vehemently deny otherwise if she ever dare say it around him. Aside from that, it sounded like he was familiar with his feeding habits... Same universe?]

Oh, right, that's it. I think it was demon souls to be exact. [She nods to herself.] I did happen to catch his name. His name is Sesshomaru. But why do I get a feeling you already knew that?

Well you can count me in if you're lookin' some clues. I can't have these assholes runnin' around and thinkin' they can snatch people up and get away with it!

[ He's going to bust so many heads in once he finds out who's behind all of this! He's sick and tired of all the tension... he just wants to eat his ramen!



But speaking of people who don't eat ramen.

Inuyasha had his suspicions, but it wasn't until she actually says the name that his ears will twitch in acknowledgement- ]

[ -before letting out a very large snort ]

You fed Sesshomaru? Ha! Would've liked to have seen that one!

[inherlight]

My sentiments exactly. [She smiled brightly at that.] Acquiring more allies is always a good plan. I'm Kolnatha Shavval, cleric of Eilistraee at your service. [A little bow of her head.] Though you can just call me Koh. I'll do some digging on my end and report my findings.

[His little snort almost made her burst into a beaming smile as she remembered the incident. Though she did raise a hand to hide a little chuckle.]

For someone who was so adamant about 'not being that hungry' he certainly tore into the chicken thigh like it was the first meal he had in ages. He's acts like a stubborn child.

Koh? I'll remember that. The name's Inuyasha. [ He beams proudly at himself, sticking his chest out at the introduction. ]

Don't go skipping out on any information you find! I wanna catch these idiots as soon as possible!

[ That means he'll be checking up on you, too! You've just acquired (1) more dog. ]

Sure sounds like 'em. He may act all high and mighty, but Sesshomaru's a big softy. Surprised he let someone like you feed 'em though. He'd never let that happen before.

Its a please to meet you, Inuyasha. I wouldn't dream of withholding information. How else can we plan our attack without accurate information?

[Oh no, not one more dog. What ever shall she do?

As the young man spoke, the look in her eyes softens a bit, nodding to herself.]

I can tell he has a lot of pride. Something I know a thing or two about being a drow. Despite what he says, I can see he has a good heart. [A soft snort.] What can I say? I can be a bit stubborn myself.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to know a lot about him. Are you two from the same place?

Yeah, we're from the same place— closer than that, too.

[ He hesitates for a moment. He recently called Sesshomaru this... but it still feels so strange on his tongue.

So he'll pause enough to divert his gaze from the camera before muttering: ]

[inherlight]

He's... you brother?

[The echoes back at him. Taking a close at his appearance, she could see that similarities. The long white hair and golden eyes...]

That would explain the ears. Your brother did mention he was a dog demon. [Koh hums to herself.] You wouldn't be the one he was referring to when he was giving return gifts to?

[halfdog]

[ He tucks his face away even more, hiding the embarrassed look on his face. ]

"Gifts"? Whaddya mean by that?

[inherlight]

You don't know what gifts are? They are tokens of appreciation others give to one another without the exception of getting anything in return.

[She tilts her head to one side.]

He told me that he got some from people here during the winter holiday. And they he gave gifts in return so I was wondering if you were one of them since you're family.

[halfdog]

I know what gifts are! He's just never been the gift-giving type. [ Neither was he, but that was beside the point! ]

Ha! Like he'd ever give one to me.

[inherlight]

Ah... I am starting to see that you're question was rhetorical. Apologies, I thought it was genuine...

[Coughs. Well was iyt her or was she sensing some tension between the brothers?]

Do you not get along with your brother? I can see how he can be... difficult.

[halfdog]

Difficult doesn't being to cover it!

[ But there's a pause. A half scowl, gritting his teeth before he relaxed more into a sigh. ]

We use to fight all the time. All the time. But now... not so much. He's helped me out a couple of times, so at least now I'm not trying to rip his throat out.

[inherlight]

[Koh bows her in sympathy.]

That sounds very drow.... Though in my culture it was Sisters against Sisters, and Mothers against Daughters. Men in my society were seen as lesser.

[There was a small pause.]

You know, I have a brother as well. Though our relationship was quite close. But I do understand the complexity of sibling relations.
