Well if it's big enough, the ghost might be kind of nice! Especially if that means I get it at a discount.

I can't really say. but I did hear there were some the other moon that caused some trouble for people. I would think any that lived in an empty house and suddenly had to share with someone might find it in them to behave in a similar manner.
