Given current events, I've had a few projects I've been pondering. I don't suppose anyone would be interested in making handmade fireworks? With precautions taken, of course, these are just for fun at festivals.

While I'm on the subject, how many of you are familiar with cameras, or other ways to take pictures, in your own worlds? Would you mind telling me much about them.

Ah, and one more thing. I've been considering getting some people together for a research project, of a sort. Or I suppose, something like a study group and a book club. I'd like to discuss it in person, though, so please feel free to drop by the Cafe.

[ he blinks, a little surprised at the veiled fury - he can feel it, after all - but then nods, slowly. ]

So that's why you wanted the camera functions as well. I see.

[ give him another reason to and he just might. ]

There's a few inventor types around. One of them might be able to create something... though producing enough to map out all those books might be a challenge.

[ he knows that!! but not from a place of technological prowess without applied magic!! ]

Professor Turo is the one with those creatures? The Pokemon? [ those pokemon themselves had seemed technological... ] The methods you used to create Mehrak don't work the same here, do they?

Right. So small cameras, access to the restricted section of the conservatory, replicating the books - or at least publicising the knowledge, is that the basics?

[ sets shadowlily down with a final pet to cross his arms over his chest. ]

If nothing else, I'll help with the last parts. The idea of knowledge being kept secret like that doesn't sit right with me, either.
