Whale, whale, whale, looks like it's almost been another whole year. And in three weeks some of us will have been here for two years! It's sun-believable! Feels like I just got here yesterday sometimes. Then I look back on all the stuff I did, the friends I made, the family I found and feels like it's gone by in a flash! Not to get em-ocean-al or anything like that.

Tell me about some of the fin-tastic stuff you've done in your time here. Or the things you wanna do in the future!

I don't have any o-fish-al questions or anything, so just say crab-solutely anything on your mind! Don't get tide down with details.

Let's sea, for me, a lot of good stuff happened - and some kinda bad too.
1. Got to ride a ferris wheel with my newly adopted dad.
2. Painted a mural.
3. I have a family who accepts all of me even after they've seen the worst of me.
4. Sword lessons, gun lessons!

Hm, things I wanna do in the next year.
1. Have a birthday party!
2. Paint more murals.
3. Adopt a dragon sibling.
4. Become different creatures from other worlds (I'm working on chocobo)!
5. ... not use text-to-speech or speech-to-text function so much.

That's difficult to answer. Of course, I want to go home...the rest of my family is there. But I want to make sure I don't lose my memories of this place...and that returning is a choice for the people who want it, not something that can happen without warning.

Also I don't think I could find a place to build another library unless I made a ship.

I totally agree on that. So then finding the artifact and figuring out how it works is also kinda in your plans for the future.

Why not just buy a ship? You could get one of those large personal boats and have the first business boat library. Hitch it onto your crew ship.

Ah, but designing and building the ship myself would be more interesting...there's not a ton of work for an architectural designer here, I might as well branch out into being a shipwright.

You're gonna learn how to build a ship? Isn't that kinda very different from being an architect? How does someone even become a shipwright?

Royalty's not really a thing in Teyvat anymore and Cyno will just make everyone play card games, bring it on.

Well, it's pretty different but a lot of the underlying math is the same, you just have to apply different principles to something that floats than something that stays on the ground. I've been studying it a bit since I got here--a couple months later than you did, looks like--but I've never really had an opportunity to put my designs into practice.

I'm probably not fit to do the actual hammering and sawing myself, and Alhaitham would never let me anyway, but the part of the job for the designer is to make sure the carpenters, woodworkers and construction crews can all do their job as safely and easily as possible.

Ew math. Normally I'd ask why anyone would do any studying when they're not even gonna remember it when the leave this world, but even I've done boring things like "learn to read". Sword and gun lessons are way more fun.
