Oh, way to ruin the fun.

Look, nobody's perfect. She'll get that. Plus, I dunno if you were there, but most of us just were recently trapped in a mansion with a ghost lady trying to steal our heads, so, we've been distracted and recovering from that. Just take a breath, and think, calmly, what you would have done if you'd remembered earlier? Panic ain't gunna help.

Immensely. But yes, you have the king of all excuses to forget things, as do we all. So focus less on freaking out and focus more on something that'll make the BOTH of you happy.

I've never been one to like excuses. Especially not where others are concerned. Trust is a big deal to me!

I'd rather apologize, make it up to her, and take my lumps than try and pretend that events of the night were the reason I forgot.

Can't be her champion if she can't trust me, right?
