have you ever had a random thought come to your head when you least expect it and you just don’t know what the answer to it would be? but you just can’t stop thinking about it? and you’ve gotta say it to somebody?

Because they are. There's no reason why. I mean have you SEEN DOGS? They're just there to have a good time, eat treats, and sleep. Perfect. I'm more of a cat person though, but I like dogs too.

I have seen a number of dogs, and I would pet them all if possible. Have you met Basker? He resides at the Cosmo Conservatory and is a very good doggie.

You should have TOLD me, I gotta see the dog now.

Yes, Baskerville is a three-headed hound who I adopted as a pup. He's as big as a horse now but still very playful and loyal despite the warning that he'd return to wild instincts. If you stop by the Cosmo Conservatory, you'll likely see him guarding the gate.

Well now I gotta, but wait does that mean you could like ride him into a battle if he's that big?!

Perhaps someday. However that is not possible now.

[ It's a work in progress. Basker is starting to learn that it's better for him to carry Sherlock in ways other than like a stick. ]

Not now? Why not? Just get a saddle and YEE HAW it!

He is unused to such a thing. I would need to train him, assuming he is still interested once he has to wear it.

Wait, do they all share the same braincell or is it like, three different dogs in one body?

They all seem to have the same personality and consciousness from my observations. I've not seen a head fight another, nor have I seen any sort of disagreement. When I pet one head and not the others, it is less jealousy over being left out and instead simply wanting more pets.

[ It is a bit of a relief that Basker is of one mind and singular rather than multiple dogs in one body. Sherlock has lived with another person sharing his mind while others only saw one person. It is not easy, though Sherlock believes that he would be able to understand Basker had he multiple personalities.

Let's be real. One personality is much easier for the person at the keyboard too. ]

Huh. Well, good to know that they don't have three brains in three heads, just one shared braincell that just wants treats and bellyrubs. Good to know for when I go and give that doggo attention.

[Yes, she fully intends to go meet Sherry's cool dog now.]

Though, uh, probably better I go with you so Basker knows I'm a friend, not... well, probably not food but I don't taste good.

You would also need to know which three-headed dog is him. There are many residing at the Conservatory.

[ But Sherlock is happy to introduce her to Basker. Basker likes making new friends, especially if they are friends of Sherlock's and will help protect him. ]
