have you ever had a random thought come to your head when you least expect it and you just don’t know what the answer to it would be? but you just can’t stop thinking about it? and you’ve gotta say it to somebody?

Never imagined we'd say anything about him. At least not this version of him.

[ now it's her turn to pause in texts for a moment. she's not entirely sure if her advice is any good and second guesses it a lot. ]

I know. Maybe you don't need to put pressure on yourself to try to shake it. Maybe you can just try to slowly take it day by day. When the feeling gets to be too much you can maybe call someone? You don't even have to call to talk, you could just invite them out somewhere or something like that! Something to get your mind off it?
