That's as good a reason as any other. As for that... I recall a few interesting ones. Like the contest where folk were using frog's legs and whatnot instead of your more conventional plants for brewing ales from. They did have to pay people to drink it, as I recall.

But my memory of my first time here can be a bit fuzzy.

First time? Do you mean you've been elsewhere since first coming here?

If it shows up again, haggle for a better fee than I got. For a creature that lives in water you'd think it'd taste better than it did.

Aye, I got sent back to where I came from for a little while--a much shorter time than I was away from here, somehow. Time doesn't run the same between planets on different planes, it seems.

That sounds so disappointing! I'm still curious, but I'll be careful not to let them rob me for it. Something to be said for the novelty of the experience, though.

I'd heard that sometimes people go back to where they came from, but I haven't heard too many firsthand accounts. Was there any warning at all? Any sign before it happened?
