Warnings: Implications and possible discussion of slavery and sexual exploitation, planning to inflict violence on a (deserving) alchemist

You guys saw that alchemist asking for help "bringing back" his wife, right?

Well, he didn't. He created two new wives instead. You've probably seen them attacking the populace.

I don't know if he's ordering them to do this or if they need to feed on men or what, but if they don't please him he'll kill them and make new ones. I don't think it's a good idea to let someone run around creating and discarding living things on a whim like that.

Also, if we end up having to kill his creations he's just going to keep making new ones.

Ranma and I are going after him, but we could use some help. If you want to join us you can meet us at
(They give a location far enough from the alchemist's house as to not arouse suspicion or set off any potential guards.)

(ooc: The log for attacking the alchemist is here!)

Warnings: discussion of blood and sacrifice involved in undead things involving the tombstone

Hello, everyone! My name is Rem Tokimiya. It’s nice to meet you all. Apologies for the lengthy text, but I have information to share. Anyone who's interacted with the tombstone can probably already guess that it's cursed, but I wanted to offer a little more insight just in case others aren't aware of the following.

1) There's something inside it. It resembles a soul, but I’m not certain as to what exactly it is. I think it's fair to guess that it's the reason for affecting the dead in negative ways. It's even possible that the undead on the ghost ship weren't originally violent at all, but what was in the tombstone corrupted them, too.

2) Regarding the script. I'm trying to find where this tombstone originated and the nature of the curse. I had hoped to match the script on the stone to other texts within the archives to find a lead on the region it’s from, but there are none. Instead, it appears to be hand-written. Matching the author’s handwriting to another work could be possible, but I’ve had no luck with it. Fortunately certain phrases happened to be legible. Unfortunately, they relate to blood sacrifices.

[The video opens to... No one? No one! It's no one. It's an apartment, not really decorated, looks like someone clearly lives here but as to who that's hard to say. The way the camera moves though, it suggests that however it's being held, it's not necessarily in someone's hand.

There's no noise, no commentary, but briefly a hand does actually appear on screen, holding something. A hat, apparently. A wide brimmed straw hat with a cute little ribbon around it, and into that ribbon has been neatly tucked a big, shiny, blue and green peacock feather. The hat is turned this way and that for a moment, to allow the audience to really appreciate just how stupid the whole thing is, before it's pulled off screen again, and the camera bearer begins to move.

The footsteps are silent, not a single noise to be had, not a click not a thump not even the whisper of fabric or indeed the sound of the camera man's breathing. It's almost eerie, how fluidly and soundlessly he's actually moving here, one might almost imagine the camera was just being dangled by a string somehow and just being flown around this apartment. From one room to the next it moves at a steady, even pace, until at last, the target is spotted.

It's Kimmuriel, back to the camera man, by all appearances deep within the depths of a book. Or notes, it's actually hard to tell from this angle. Slowly, quietly, the camera creeps closer. Easily, gently, the hat is produced with theatrical slowness.

Then carefully, oh so carefully, oh so agonizingly slow, from a solid two feet up, the hat bearing hand begins it's decent, not a single tremor to be seen in the arm nor wrist nor fingers. Closing in on Kimmuriel's bowed head, closer... closer... closer-

And an inch away he just straight up drops it right on the psionicists head.

I made you a present!

[And yes he had to share this moment with everyone it's important actually!!!]
