You guys saw that alchemist asking for help "bringing back" his wife, right?

Well, he didn't. He created two new wives instead. You've probably seen them attacking the populace.

I don't know if he's ordering them to do this or if they need to feed on men or what, but if they don't please him he'll kill them and make new ones. I don't think it's a good idea to let someone run around creating and discarding living things on a whim like that.

Also, if we end up having to kill his creations he's just going to keep making new ones.

Ranma and I are going after him, but we could use some help. If you want to join us you can meet us at
(They give a location far enough from the alchemist's house as to not arouse suspicion or set off any potential guards.)

(ooc: The log for attacking the alchemist is here!)

I would highly encourage you not to put words in my mouth. Don't assume where my thoughts lie.

After all, I wasn't about to say that at all. The question is whether or not the spell itself imbues the creation with a soul, not if created life can have a soul.

I've held many a soul in my hands! Of course I've also ripped apart just as many, ahahahaha!

Quite, but not the topic of this conversation, I'm afraid. Suffice to say that yes, I am very certain that souls are real.

Now why on earth would you think such a thing?

If they wished to offer themselves up, that would be one thing. To bind another soul without their consent? Rather distasteful, if you ask me.

And here you were stating that you might have to kill said "people." A bit of a double standard to assume that just because I am willing to do something doesn't mean I don't see value.

Though I am curious as to how you would know these things about our darling destructive duo.

Isn't it though? I am asking about how you would know their thoughts. That would indicate proof is required. Again, emphasis on "how."

[ Just more satisfying if he is the one that comes out to say it. ]

Such as mind reading?

Maybe the one who can read minds is actually me!

You can continue to think that if you so wish.
