Hello.
I am in need of legal advice regarding a private matter:
Is a marriage contract legally binding if one or more parties involved were under the influence of spiritual possession while it was officiated?
Thank you for your assistance.

Even if it were, it'd be easy to get it annulled. Just cite "under the influence". If it works for drunks, it works for uh.
Can't believe I'm saying this: Ghosts.

"Under the influence?" As in, intoxicated?

Not alcohol, but ghost influence. It makes sense from where I stand.

Granted, it doesn't hold much weight for things like jumping off a hospital roof. You can still be held accountable for that. [LOOKING AT YOU, URDNOT GRUNT.] But, no one can write or sign a contract while you're not in your right mind.

I was in my right mind. It's more a matter that there was someone else in there with me at the same time.
