I am in need of legal advice regarding a private matter:

Is a marriage contract legally binding if one or more parties involved were under the influence of spiritual possession while it was officiated?

Could argue that if they hadn't possessed you against your will in the first place, you wouldn't have agreed to let them do it.

Doesn't matter whether that's true or not, you could void it based on that.

I'd argue that's entrapment. Meaning, you shouldn't be bound to the marriage.

And if that's not good enough for the lawmakers here, throw a divorce party instead.
