Okay guys, I need you all to settle a bit of an argument Zelda and I are having.

See, we were out shopping for furniture for our new place and she tells me I need a bed. I say "you're right, I do! I know just the type!" So I go and I show her the hammocks because back home, I slept in a hammock. So she says [Darin clears his throat and proceeds to do his best Zelda voice] "Don't be preposterous, a hammock is not a proper bed."

Which is wrong. Because a hammock is totally a bed. Lots of things can be beds. So, to prove my point, I made this chart.



As you can see by this chart that I spent entirely too much time on, the parameters that dictate an objects "bedability" are thus. I think it's a pretty open and shut case.

Anyway, I think this explains why I should be allowed to get a hammock in my room. You guys are on my side on this, right?

[Jill doesn't like that tone. She's heard that tone come from Clive more times than she'd like and she's told that man he didn't have to take it all on his own just as many times. She's quite sure Darin is implying he'll take his brother's arrival solo and Jill just ain't about that for him either.]

Darin... you don't have to fight him alone.

And if anyone else gets involved, he'll rip them apart first just so I can watch.

Truth is, I know I don't stand a chance against him. I failed to stop Garuda, I failed to stop Ganondorf. I don't know how strong Dromas is compared to either of them but I'd at least put him at Garuda's strength and I know he was holding back.

But if I don't stand up to him, he'll just hunt down everything I care about. I might not have to fight him alone but...

[He sighs.]

I want to get stronger. I have someone— people I want to protect. I'm no hero but I have to stop running from my power.

I want to fight I just...don't know how.

He can try, but you have friends here. He might be strong, but there is power in numbers.

[She's sure this is all easier said than done and nice to say, but Jill believes in it. After all, the Hideaway back home couldn't be what it was without everybody helping out. And while it might not be a fair or easy fight, she isn't about to sit back and watch Darin's brother destroy everything he's worked so hard to get.]

We'll figure it out. You, me, Clive, and the others. We don't have to do it today, maybe not even tomorrow, but we'll figure out how to get you where you need to be.

It's...wild. All my life I never thought anyone could understand what it's like to be me and then I get dropped here and there's whole group of Dominants that can do what I can do.

After seeing Garuda...it...kinda makes me wonder what I could actually be capable of.

At the very least, no matter what happens between you and your brother, you have us. We understand the immense pressure and responsibility that come with our sort of strength. It all comes down on what you use it for——good or evil.

I don't think I have to question you on that. I already know.

I appreciate the vote of confidence.

But the way Dromas was talking...sometimes I worry I won't have a choice. I already tried to isolate myself as much as I could but...well...you can see how that turned out.
