TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE

There have been a lot of riftfarers arriving lately. It seems like there have been more arriving than usual. So many different kinds of people from different kinds of worlds with stories to tell and experiences to give.

A little game has appeared on the shellphone network in hopes of getting to know just a little more about these otherworlders. You might find it on your shellphone as you’re scrolling through one day.

Tell the world two truths and one lie about yourself. And let others try and decipher which of the three is your lie. If they can guess right, perhaps you’ve been able to make a new acquaintance. Or in the least learn more about someone from another walk of life.

I'm not sure I'll be any good at this but I'll try!

1. I've only ever done good things with my powers.
2. I really like to draw even if I'm not that great at it. I'm also really not fantastic at sewing.
3. A tiny part of me is jealous of everyone that can summon a keyblade.

Do I want to know what a keyblade is? It has something to do with hearts, doesn't it?

It does! A keyblade is a weapon that can be wielded by the chosen who have very strong hearts.

Is it a "keyblade" because it unlocks something or because it it's also a key?

[obliviscere]

Both actually! They can lock or unlock any keyhole, including the ones between worlds and the ones in people's hearts. But they also look like keys.

A key that can unlock any lock? There's certainly no way that could be abused.

Yes! A few of them are here too and I've been sketching them doing things in this place

I'm really not that great. But I'm hoping with practice I'll get a lot better one day

[ and it's namine. if she's ever had any choice in it, #1 is definitely true. but that raises the question of if she chose to or someone forced her hand for some reason.

cynical though she might be, neve isn't in the habit of accusing people of doing terrible things, especially friends. maybe it's her way of looking on the bright side. ]

[ they've talked a little about powers before, no real details on namine's natural ones, but she also doesn't want to assume the worst or poke at a memory that might not be pleasant. so for now, she sticks to the second and third options. ]

You know, sometimes I think being an artist would help my case notes. What do you like to draw?

I think anyone can learn. Especially if I can.

My friends and the things they've done. Sometimes the heroic things and sometimes just the fun simple things I wish they could do more of.

A super cheat! I really wish I could learn how to summon one. They're very helpful too and can do practically anything.

Sort of! Not very well, but I do really enjoy it.
