TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE
There have been a lot of riftfarers arriving lately. It seems like there have been more arriving than usual. So many different kinds of people from different kinds of worlds with stories to tell and experiences to give.
A little game has appeared on the shellphone network in hopes of getting to know just a little more about these otherworlders. You might find it on your shellphone as you’re scrolling through one day.
Tell the world two truths and one lie about yourself. And let others try and decipher which of the three is your lie. If they can guess right, perhaps you’ve been able to make a new acquaintance. Or in the least learn more about someone from another walk of life.

[The people established a bond of trust with the initial rulers, and those bonds were transferred unto their offspring so long as they also displayed similar characteristics? If they held similar temperaments and were efficient in the position, it makes sense that others of the family would end up in the same position. Mayhap it had simply become habit over time...?]
And to answer your question, concepts are conceptual designs--an idealized archetype. They can be of a lifeform, or an object. In this case, the concepts are of living beings. Though we can't create a soul, we can design an organism down to its very genetic structure, and using our aether or drawing upon aether from another source, weave that design into the very fabric of existence. We engender them into being, and they walk, swim, fly, eat, breathe, communicate, reproduce, and so on.
We are creators. To create is our nature.
