I guess the cat's basically out of the bag at this point anyway: Does anyone want lessons on how to shield your mind from telepathic intrusion?

Explanations of what mind intrusions usually feel like and strategies for disrupting them, with practicing of meditation techniques.

Could also teach people with psy-sensitivity how to use their abilities to more actively fight intrusions, but I don't think you're a sensitive.
