TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE

There have been a lot of riftfarers arriving lately. It seems like there have been more arriving than usual. So many different kinds of people from different kinds of worlds with stories to tell and experiences to give.

A little game has appeared on the shellphone network in hopes of getting to know just a little more about these otherworlders. You might find it on your shellphone as you’re scrolling through one day.

Tell the world two truths and one lie about yourself. And let others try and decipher which of the three is your lie. If they can guess right, perhaps you’ve been able to make a new acquaintance. Or in the least learn more about someone from another walk of life.

[ Claude's never acknowledged it, of course. But he's not unaware of some of those feelings. People don't pin Khalid as petty, but he is possessive. Just as much as Leona is, actually. ]

Neither one of us really felt like putting off something we both wanted, so yeah.

You'd be right. I mean I have a big family, but our culture prioritizes strength above all else.

In my observations, a large family tends towards fights of inheritance. Have you needed to defend yourself often?

That is our way, yeah.

They very rarely came at me directly, but I had a few close calls.

The younger you are, the less of a perceived threat you are to those older as they are likely to obtain such things following the natural order.

Misbehaving is kind of what they do.

You also claim that everyone spoiled you. I'm much more inclined to believe the existence of a father who would punish a child harshly for misbehavior than in one who might spoil his child rotten.
